Board and Train
1 week - $950
2 weeks $1650
Unlike many other B&T programs in our area, you have FULL TRANSPARENCY when you leave your dog in our care. You will NEVER be told you can not call or visit. An appointment may be necessary, but we do encourage visits and for you to check in at any time.
We ONLY use evidence based, positive training methods. We PROMISE to NEVER use force, fear, intimidation or pain to train. No painful electronic shock collars or metal collars. We are properly educated and know that the cheaper, easier way is NOT the better way!
What will you do for my dog? How does this all work?
We will meet prior for a free consultation. We will discuss what will happen in our care and schedule sessions to meet either once or twice during the program depending on the length of stay. Once the program is completed, we will meet once again to transfer the skills we have taught your dog over to you.
We will discuss our training plan together based on your concerns and our professional evaluation. This may include:
Fear/Anxiety (a Board-Certified Veterinary Behaviorist or Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer may be recommended)
Baby Prep – if applicable
Your dog will be trained at least 3 times per day while in our care. We will update you daily with photos and/or video and notes from our sessions.
Availability is limited, and ALL dogs are subject to an evaluation prior to entering our program. Vet records issued within 6 months will be requested. Dogs must be current on vaccinations or proof via blood titer is also acceptable. Your dog must be spayed or neutered to enter our program.
Here’s some things we can’t do:
We can’t turn your dog into a Unicorn.
We can never guarantee behavior. If any trainer guarantees behavior, don’t pay them and run the other way.
We can not refund your money for any reason within 24 hours of your scheduled program start date.
We are not magicians. Some things are just not going to happen in a 2-week period. If your dog suffers from something such as Separation Anxiety, we may refer you to another training professional who is Certified as a SA trainer.
What we will do overall is help you find kind, humane ways to manage your dog.
